PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
1 four storey house with a roof terrace, 12 two and three bedroom apartments with private balconies and 1 three bedroom penthouse with a large roof terrace.
The scheme was built on site of a former single dwelling located on Cowes famous Esplanade with fantastic views of the Solent.
The scheme included large reinforced concrete basement carpark and reinforced concrete frame design with contemporary render and glazed façade with high bespoke internal specification.

MIAKODA BRIEF:
To produce a fully detailed building regulation package with additional detailing for construction. Submit and obtain NHBC full plans approval, check specialist manufacturer’s designs, provide marketing plans and large scale bathroom details.
