PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
3 individually designed executive dwellings ranging in size between 5000-6000 sqft, located on the exclusive Sleepers Hill. Each unit was traditional in appearance and build with two of the units being designed over four floors with a lower ground floor basement opening out onto the garden.

MIAKODA BRIEF:
To optimise approved planning layouts, produce fully detailed building regulation drawings along with additional large scale detailing to aid construction, submit and obtain NHBC full plans approval, check specialist designs and provide marketing plans.
