PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Kinross was an existing 1950’s house located on a large plot adjacent to the Ashridge Golf course, in an area of natural beauty and within Ashridge park.

The existing 1950’s property was in need of modernisation, we firstly went through a planning process for an extension and remodelling proposal which gained planning, this was then followed by a new application for a new build replacement house which also successfully gained planning

The final scheme was for a contemporary property built using high quality materials with exceptional thermal and energy efficiency to provide the client with a modern family home fitting for its surroundings.

MIAKODA BRIEF:
Provide scheme ideas, produce planning drawings, submit and obtain planning permission, commission CGI’S, produce fully detailed working drawing package for tender and building regulation application, answer contractors queries during the build.
