PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The scheme consisted of 3 large 5 bedroom detached executive houses located in an exclusive location in Ascot. All three units were constructed by Gilbert Homes using local contractor Kamac Ltd, plot 2 however was constructed for a private client and incorporated bespoke finishes, electrical smart home systems and personally designed kitchen and bathrooms and external landscaping.

MIAKODA BRIEF:
Our brief was to clear all planning conditions associated with the planning approval. Provide fully detailed working drawings for building regulations along with additional large scale detailing to assist construction. Provide conveyancing plans, check specialist manufacturers designs.
