PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
14 two and three bedroom apartments built in two blocks located directly above a single car park basement with large garden terrace with views of the Royal Windsor Golf Course to the rear of the site. The scheme was designed by the award winning architect Huw Thomas. Each apartment is designed to a high specification with a number of bespoke features.

MIAKODA BRIEF:
To optimise approved planning layouts with clients appointed interior designers, produce fully detailed building regulation package along with additional detailing for construction.
Submit and obtain NHBC full plans approval, check specialist’s manufacturer’s designs and provide marketing plans.
