PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
3 individually designed executive dwellings located in a beautiful rural setting formally the home to a large single dwelling and a number of work units set amongst a number of mature trees.
Each unit consisting of 5 double bedrooms with plot 1 also having a self-contained guest suite.
Unit sizes ranged between 4,500sq/ft. -6,500sq/ft.

MIAKODA BRIEF:
Bellwood Homes bought the site with planning permission and then appointed us to work with Savills to optimise the scheme.
After pre application consultation with the new local authority a new application was submitted and approval granted, we then produced a fully detailed building regulation package along with additional detailing for construction.
Submitted and cleared all planning conditions, submitted and obtained NHBC full plans approval and checked/approved specialist manufacturers details.
