PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Development of luxury 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments and 4 and 5 Bedroom Houses on the former De Montford Place University site close to the historic town centre of Bedford.The scheme consists of private and social units totally 136 units over 4 build phases, designed to be in keeping with Bedford’s traditional Victorian architecture, complementing the area.

MIAKODA BRIEF:
Our brief was to review and optimise the original planning layouts, to clear all planning conditions associated with the planning approval. Provide a fully detailed working drawing package for building regulation approval, along with additional large scale detailing and bathroom layouts to assist construction. Provide marketing and conveyancing plans and check specialist manufacturer’s designs.
