Miakoda Designs Ltd is a practice of Chartered Architectural Technologists, established in 2006 and based in Buckinghamshire. Led by two Directors and supported by a team of seven experienced professionals, we deliver practical, innovative and sustainable design solutions tailored to our clients' requirements, aspirations and budgets.

Every project is overseen by one of our directors, ensuring continuity, accountability and a high level of personal service from the initial concept through to project completion. We believe that clear communication and close collaboration with our clients, consultants and contractors are fundamental to the successful delivery of every scheme.

Our expertise is centred on the design and delivery of private residential and social housing developments, ranging from individual dwellings and bespoke homes to multi-unit housing schemes for housing associations and private developers. We also undertake mixed use residential / commercial projects, where our technical knowledge and practical approach add value throughout the design and construction process.

Based in Buckinghamshire with excellent access to the national road network, we are well positioned to deliver projects across the UK. Our studio is equipped with the latest CAD software, enabling us to produce accurate, coordinated technical information, while our commitment to continuing professional development ensures our team remains up to date with current legislation, technologies and industry best practice.
